Call for Papers

Abstract submission deadline date is Aug. 31, 2025 Sep. 26, 2025.
Participants interested in presenting their original works are invited to submit a 300 word abstract by the above date. Instruction for the authors is available in the template file.

The final, PDF version of the abstract should be submitted via the following abstract submission page.

Acceptance of the abstract submitted will be announced after the review of the organizing committee. Authors are then requested to prepare and submit the extended abstract.

Submission of Extended Abstract

The acceptance of the submitted presentation will be notified shortly after the abstract submission deadline. The e-mail will include how to prepare and submit the extended abstract.

Authors may choose one of the following formats for their Extended Abstract. For the first and second items (i.e., paper formatted abstract), please use the Extended Abstract template file. The deadline for submission of extended abstracts is October 31, 2025 Nov. 7, 2025.

  • Peer-reviewed extended abstract
      Selected papers will be recommended for a special issue of SAMPE Journal.
  • Non-peer-reviewed extended abstract
  • Selected pages of presentation materials (not peer reviewed)

    Note that submissions for the student session received after the initial deadline will not be considered for the 'Student Presentation Award'.

  • GFRP Application (GFRPアプリケーション)
  • Robot Manufacturing (AM and FW) (ロボット製造)
  • AI Composite (AIコンポジット)
  • Defense-related (防衛関連)
  • Recycle of Composite and Circular Application (リサイクル技術/サーキュラー (実装))
  • Health Impact of Carbon Fiber (炭素繊維の健康影響)
  • all remaining items (その他)

    • Oral sessions will be held at the conference. There will also be poster sessions, including a student session.

    【お知らせ】学生セッションについて / Student session (English follows Japanese) UPDATE

    学生セッションで発表する講演の中から、審査を経てStudent Presentation Awardを授与いたします。
    学生セッションでの発表を希望する場合、申込み時に「学生セッション希望」を選択して申し込みください。 尚、学生セッションではプレゼンテーション（10分発表、5分質疑）による発表を予定しております。
    （募集時に予定していた企業とのマッチング企画は今年度は中止となりました。申し訳ございません。）

    なお、JISSE-19では学生セッションへ多数のお申し込みを頂きましたので、急遽Extended Abstractに基づく一次（書類）審査を実施いたしました。 審査の結果、下記の15件を一次審査通過とし、学会初日に二次（口頭発表）審査を実施いたします。

      S11, S12, S18, S20, S26
      S31, S36, S37, S38, S42
     一次審査不通過の皆さまも、2日目以降の学生セッションでの口頭発表となりますので、学生セッションプログラムをご確認くださいますようよろしくお願い致します。

    【Announcement】Student session

    Selected presentations in the student sessions will be awarded as "Student Presentation Award".
    Please indicate in the submission page that the presentation is an application for the student session, when applicants are willing to have presentations in the student sessions. In the student sessions, 10 min. presentation (and 5 min. QA) is required.
    (We regret to inform you that the industry?student matching event originally planned for the Student Session has been cancelled.)

    Owing to the large number of submissions to the Student Session of JISSE-19, a first review of the extended abstracts was conducted. The following fifteen submissions were selected for final review of their presentations on December 2:
     S02, S04, S07, S08, S09
      S11, S12, S18, S20, S26
      S31, S36, S37, S38, S42
     The remaining submissions, which were not selected for the final review, have nevertheless been assigned oral presentation slots in the Student Session on December 3 and 4. Please review the Student Session program carefully.
